Physical Models

Experimentation of Interactive Views through Prototypes

In the physical models, I tried to use the minimum amount of human set-up in order to get a maximum amount of interesting overviews by experimenting with multiple spatial scenarios in a more theatrical way by using surfaces.

The papermodel shows how five different viewpoints with simple possible visual cones towards the other viewpoints can intersect in an interactive way, and then the architecture is conformed to form around these views and take the shape of the human visual field depending on the levels of privacy of each person or room.

The peephole box has four different accesses and three different spatial scenarios that I created by arranging the architectural elements in different ways and using various surface qualities and lighting techniques.
